FAQs
Do you only style clients in NYC?
NO! I am based in NYC but style clients across the world. My services are virtual, so all you need is Zoom + Wifi. I am accessible for any Black woman ready to step her style up. My availability does consider differing time zones.
How does virtual styling work?
Every part of the process is conducted online. I use Zoom for our sessions. From your Initial Consultation to your last fitting. The process exactly mirrors what would happen in person, but is tailored to the convenience of your home which is a preferred comfortable environment for most.
Do I have to do the Signature Package first?
The most important thing to my service is building an authentic relationship with my clients to create long term relationships. The Signature Package is crafted to introduce you to the Style On P Universe for the long haul. I do, however provide lower tier services for those needing baby steps before full commit. I’m ready when you are!
Are packages customizable?
I do have carefully crafted service offerings that keep my client type, Black women in mind and addressing our specific size, fit and proportion needs. I understand every woman is different and I am here to collaborate with you on this era of your journey.
What happens at the end of the Signature Package ?
I can provide additional details for ongoing support at the end of the package end . I do offer a variety of styling services in addition to access to my newsletter and community to keep abreast updates and frequent reminders to alert you to re-book whether seasonally, annually or otherwise.
Do I have to re-book the Signature Package to continue working together?
If we have not made a long term arrangement, service ends at the allotted time. You are more than welcome to re-book whenever you would like to refresh. You can also book other services as a recurring client.
